By contracting NETsolutions Asia to handle your company’s server and desktop support, we will enter all calls into support call tracking software, provide an urgency classification and assign to an engineer. The engineer may request remote access into your systems for problem identification and resolution.
While resolution times depend on a number of factors including complexity, the availability of the client, access to external resources such as software fixes, and the existence of a solution, best efforts will be made to resolve problems or find workarounds, depending on urgency and the number of people affected.

Monthly Pricing - Unlimited Hours
- 10 Desktops plus 1 Server - $1,900
- 20 Desktops plus 1 Server - $2,900
- 30 Desktops plus 1 Server - $3,900
- 40 Desktops plus 1 Server - $4,900
- 50 Desktops plus 1 Server - $5,900
Additional servers are HK$800 each. Contracts for a minimum of 12 months with 2 months in advance.
